The Weyerhauser No.6 and the Rayonier No.70 were two locomotives that I had the good fortune to fire and run on many occasions. Although it was a compound engine, it could be run in "simple"or single expansion as well, which gave it a lot of power to start a train, and also a quick throttle.
It is shown here resting between runs at the Snoqualmie museum/yard.
