The Columbia Basin RY. transfer from Moses Lake (and points beyond) has come down the grade into Connell and backed into the siding along the BNSF Mainline. In a few minutes the BNSF train from Pasco will arrive. The BNSF power will cut off and move ahead and out of the way for the CB power to couple to that block of cars, and immediately go back up the hill to the Mosses lake area.
The BNSF units will then take the CB cars back to Pasco.
