This train has finished work in Tacoma yard, and is now passing Reservation tower, enroute to Argo yard in Seattle. The hand thrown levers in the tower, connected to the switches with the long rods running along the ground at the left are gone, replaced with electric switches controlled from Ft. Worth, Texas.
